	Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed. There is a woodburning fireplace in this room, as well as central heating radiators.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed. There is a woodburning fireplace in this room as well as central heating radiators.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with a single bed, and has a central heating radiator.

Bathrooms
There is a spacious family bathroom upstairs, with a luxurious corner bath, separate shower and double sink vanity unit. Next door is a separate toilet. There is also a 1/2 bath in the garden.

The Lounge
The large lounge has a comfortable three piece suite, and a woodburning fireplace. There is high speed internet access, music stereo system, television with DVD player and UK satellite television channels.

The Kitchen/Dining Room
	The spacious modern kitchen has a built in oven, gas hob with extractor fan, new fridge/freezer kettle and microwave. There is also a dishwasher so no-one has to do the washing up. The large French farmhouse oak table has room for six people.

The Utility Room
	In the utility room you will find a washing machine, clothes drying rack, plus an iron and ironing board.
