Rental Conditions
	Prices include normal usage of electricity, fuel and water and a welcome gift (except for long winter lets). Good quality linens and towels plus beach towels are also included in the price.

Bookings are normally taken from Friday to Friday but out of season we can be flexible on Start/Finish dates. We aim to have the properties available for occupancy after 4pm and guests are asked to vacate the properties by 10am leaving the properties clean and tidy.

All prices are per property per week in Euros. Discounts for long winter lets are available on application. Flexible start/finish dates.

Well-trained dogs welcome. Extra weekly cleaning fee of 35 Euros for dogs. Safe environment for children. Non-smoking accommodation.

All new rentals will be entered into a draw for a long weekend romantic getaway package.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.     A booking agreement is required with reservation.
